Our Leadership
Shane Romeo - Founder & Creative Director
Shane brings 15 years of senior-level design leadership to every Letterbend partnership. He has worked with brands like Aetna, Boyds, Independence Blue Cross, McGraw Hill, PGC, and Radisson Hotels to shape high-profile branding, print, and digital campaigns throughout the country. Shane founded Letterbend to bridge the gap between large-scale corporate strategy and the personalized, agile approach of a dedicated creative studio.
Beyond his commercial work, Shane is a champion for community-driven initiatives. In 2020, he helped launch The Towncast, a platform designed to support local small businesses and families. Under his leadership as Design Director, the project evolved into an award-winning 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides free entertaining and educational events for families throughout New Jersey.
