Letterbend is the studio of Shane Romeo, a graphic designer with 15 years of experience working with small and large businesses in healthcare, real estate, education, and product development.

For the past 10 years as a graphic designer at Independence Blue Cross, Shane has designed compelling branding, event installations and experiences, and a variety of print and digital campaigns throughout the Philadelphia area.

Shane is also the design director of The Towncast, a podcast started in 2020 that focuses on supporting communities impacted by COVID-19 in northern New Jersey. Originally created to shine a light on small businesses and the impactful people who operate them, The Towncast has since grown into an award-winning 501(c)(3) organization that provides community events and enriching programs for families throughout the east coast.

In 2024, The Towncast was awarded the Silver Award from the 4th Annual Anthem Awards, the largest and most comprehensive social impact award. Out of over 2,300 applicants, The Towncast was one of fifty to win an award in the category of Education, Art & Culture.
